How High to Hang Them
Start the bottom edge 0 to 16 inches above the floor, or just above the outlets. With a 4 × 6 ft panel starting a foot up, the top lands at 7 feet. That fits under an 8-foot ceiling and keeps your feet in the frame for squats and deadlifts.
Don't hang it like a bathroom mirror. Eye level cuts off your legs. For lifting, low is right.
What Holds Up in a Working Garage Gym
Every panel is 1/4-inch (6 mm) glass with flat-polished edges. Thicker glass stays flat on imperfect garage walls, while cheaper 1/8-inch mirrors can visually wave.
