Requirements

What we look for in a partner

You don't need to be a mirror specialist — experienced glaziers, finish carpenters, and handyman pros with glass experience all do great work with our system.

Glass or mirror handling experienceYou've hung, set, or installed glass, mirror, or similar fragile large-format material.

General liability insuranceActive policy — we'll ask for a certificate of insurance during verification.

Registered businessLLC, sole proprietorship, or equivalent — you'll be paid as a contractor (1099).

Suitable vehicleVan, box truck, or truck with rack — you'll haul panels from the local warehouse to every job site.

Your own toolsLevels, glass suction cups, drill/drivers, and standard mounting hardware tools.

Two sets of handsPanels run 50–100 lbs. A two-person crew (even just for install day) is required.

Reliable communicationYou confirm scheduled jobs promptly, show up in the window, and send completion photos.

How pay works

Every job has a set install payout based on panel count and site conditions, plus a travel fee based on distance — both listed on the job when it hits your calendar.

Payments are made weekly, once completion photos are approved.

No lead fees, no commissions taken out, no charge to be in the network.
