SMS Terms of Service

Mirrors Delivered LLC ("Mirrors Delivered," "we," "us," or "our") operates a transactional SMS messaging program to coordinate mirror installations and provide order-related updates to customers who have purchased installation services through mirrorsdelivered.com.

1. Program description

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring transactional text messages from Mirrors Delivered related to your mirror installation order. Messages may include:

  • Order and installation appointment confirmations
  • 24-hour appointment reminders
  • "Installer is on the way" notifications with live arrival ETA
  • Photos of completed installations
  • Invoices, payment reminders, and receipts
  • Review requests after completion
  • Rescheduling or service-update notices

We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party messages through this program.

2. How you opt in

After placing an order at mirrorsdelivered.com, you will receive one initial SMS from Mirrors Delivered asking you to reply YES to confirm enrollment in install-update messaging. No further messages are sent until we receive your YES confirmation. If you do not reply YES, you will not be enrolled and we will coordinate your installation by email or phone instead.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order. You can expect approximately 5–10 messages per installation, sent only in connection with your specific order.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Mirrors Delivered does not charge a fee for the SMS messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

5. Opt-out instructions

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation text, after which no further messages will be sent.

If you opt out, you may not receive time-sensitive updates about your installation (such as en-route notifications) and should contact us directly at info@mirrorsdelivered.com or (651) 615-4234 to coordinate your install.

Mirrors Delivered's SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We collect and use your phone number solely to provide the services described above. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

The SMS program is available only to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who have placed an order for installation services with Mirrors Delivered.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email before they take effect. Continued use of the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
